Cotton For Pharmaceutical Industry Applicatoin
Bleached cotton has been extensively used in the pharmaceutical industry to fill void or as a packing material for pill bottles and containers. Our bleached cotton fibers made to customer specification is produced using safe and approved chlorine-free formulae and regulated process controls. All the production lots are consistent and can be traced at any step of production and post-production due to our efficient record maintenance. Above all our products are available in variety of finishes to complement your end product or specifications.
Absorbent / Non Absorbent Coils
Packing material in coil form with various linear weight is suitable for filling void in tablet bottles and containers using Automated Cottoner machine. These coils are available with DMF number for regulated markets as per USFDA guidelines. This product is available in 6, 9, 12 & 16 grams/meter linear density for bottle size (opening) of 50cc (1-1/16"), 75cc (1-1/16"), 120cc (1-1/4") and 190cc (1-1/2") depending upon the bottle or container volume. It is available in packs of 7.5 kgs as standard shipment size and billing units is net weight in kgs. These coils are available in Absorbent Cotton / Purified Cotton, Non Absorbent Purified Rayon, Non Absorbent Polyester material.
Absorbent Cotton / Purified Cotton : Balls
Absorbent Cotton / Purified Cotton in ball form with various grammage is suitable for filling void in tablet bottles and containers where Automated Cottoner machine cannot be used. These coils are available with DMF number for regulated markets as per USFDA guidelines. This product is available in 1, 1.5, 2 & 2.5 grams/ball for bottle size (opening) of 50cc (1-1/16"), 75cc (1-1/16"), 120cc (1-1/4") and 190cc (1-1/2") depending upon the bottle or container volume. It is available in packs of 7 kgs as standard shipment packing and billing units is net weight in kgs or cotton.
